Equity financing involves obtaining funding through selling an ownership interest in your business. Wayne Barz from Ben Franklin Technology Partners will provide a background on equity financing vehicles and present keys to attracting investment capital. Topics include: the 4 F’s, Angel Investors, and Venture Capital, typical investment ranges for different funding sources, legal considerations in offering equity, and the profile of the equity financing deal. There is no cost to attend this seminar.
